All Sales Are Final
At Bogey 2 Birdie Golf Card Game, all sales are considered final. We accept returns or exchanges only for items damaged during transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to transit damage, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Email us at info@bogey2birdiegolfcardgame.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
- Return: Send the damaged item back to us as instructed in our response.
- Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged item, we will:
- Ship a replacement item, if available.
- If a replacement is not available, refund the full purchase price of the item.
For returned items that are not damaged, we will refund the purchase price minus the cost of shipping, return shipping, and a 50% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note that the cost of shipping, return shipping, and a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please email us at info@bogey2birdiegolfcardgame.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping & Handling

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A 50% restocking fee will apply. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bogey 2 Birdie Golf Card Game is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
